Stay Fit and Healthy by making changes to your lifestyle. An easy method for everyone to Get in shape and improve own living quality standards. Invest time on your health that is the best gift you can give to yourself. Spend a healthy life forever.
Before you start to work out, make sure you get a full physical checkup from your doctor and a letter stating it is okay for you to do a little or excess physical activity based on your interest. Many gym and aerobic centers will ask you to do that before letting you start your workout.
It also depends on how long it has been since the last time you were at the gym and did regular exercise. That’s why it is recommended that you start off gradually and then build up your workout to harder levels.
It is usually recommended to start off at the gym with just the pushups or the treadmill and the lifecycle for the first week or two. This is to warm the muscles up and to slowly get you prepared for a harder workout.
You will normally want to find a swiftness on the treadmill that is a pace you can keep up with little distress and do it for twenty minutes. After this take a three or five minutes break, stretch your body a little and have a glass of water, then go back to the same and increase the speed just a bit then heads up for another round.
Remember that pushing yourself too much is taking a gamble that you may not be able to live with. In a gambling den you can put everything you have on the roulette table and maybe you win and maybe you lose, but in the gym especially in the start if you push yourself too hard, you can die, so take the things slowly.
Many people make the blunder of getting back into an exercise routine and going all crazy in trying to get back in shape in just one hour or a day, well let me tell you that’s how it will not work. The only thing this going to do is make you very sore the following day and you will not be able to work out that and subsequent day, and then you end up losing your interest in the gym.
Four to Five days a week is a recommend routine by most of the trainers. Working out five days a week does not certainly mean you have to go to the gym every day. I recommend the gym 2 times a week and the other day or 3 you can just go for a long walk around your neighbourhood. Try to change the things you do so that you do not work out the same parts of your body two days in a row.
Most professional trainers will tell you that if you work out your arms and chest on a Monday then do not exercise those muscles again for at least 48 hours. It is this training and resting of the muscle that makes it grow not just the working it out. If all you did every day was work for the same muscle group in a few days the muscle would be more likely to tear in a painful experience and the only thing you will be able to do for several months will be watching sports in your bed.
Go easy on the food, avoid the junk and oily food and eat healthy and fresh food. It is also advised by the trainers on how to have a specific diet according to your workout routine or your daily life activities. If you are into eating with fewer activities around, you will get lazy and out of shape. It is recommended to have a proper meal after the workout so it fulfils all the necessities of your body.
So, to summarize all the above talk is to walk a little every day, do a workout from a slow start to increase it to harder levels gradually and eat the fresh and advised amount of good food to stay active and fit in life.
